2006

Incorporation

Kincera was established in 2006 to produce dry-pressed powder materials and pre-fabricated treatments related to tungsten alloys (W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Co , W-Cu, W-Th) Cemented Carbide (WC-Co, WC-Ni). The metal material products are used by customers in the production of cemented carbide cutting tools, clocks and watches. The company's scientific research team, with limited equipment and funds, broke through the then ‘artificial sweat’ technology and solved the problem of human skin allergy to Ni and other elements of watch bands in the watch industry.

2008

Establishment of MIM and CIM feeding product lines

The company through the introduction of advanced equipment, talent reserves, technology iteration, and a number of production enterprises and customers, the establishment of powder materials and polymer applications laboratory, has developed for metal and ceramic solvent degreasing feed production technology, and successfully applied to the structure of the 3C electronic products on the part, has been substantially equipped with the design of moulds, material formulations, moulding, degreasing, sintering, machining, surface treatment of the The company has been able to solve the technical problems of mould design, material formulation, degreasing, sintering, machining and surface treatment, and has entered a benign development track.

Zhongshan CERMET Technology was established

Dongguan CERMET Feedstock Tec was established
